Super Mini Cup "Winston Cup Style" Stock Car Racing
The Super Mini Cup Stock Cars are just like the "Winston Cup" Stock
Cars driven by guys like
Earnhardt, Schrader, Wallace, Marlin, Labonte, Gordon, and other
"Winston Cup" Drivers.
The only difference -- they're smaller!
The Super Mini Cup Stock Car has a wheel base of 60", a length of 110",
a width of 45",and weighs just over 400#. It is powered by a Honda GX390
4 stroke, OHV single cylinder engine which gives 13.0 horsepower at 3600 rpm.
The engine is air cooled with an electric starter.
The clutch is dry centrifugal and the gears are split and interchangeable.
The body, available in Monte Carlo, Thunderbird, Lumina styles is hand
laid fiberglass with lexan windows and primered
gelcoat. The chassis is
MIG welded 1.125 x .065 mild steel with caster/camber/toe adjust,
ride height/wedge adjust, moveable pedals/steering, rack & pinion/adjust,
removable steering wheel, 8 x 6.5 x 8 American Racer slicks, and Carrera coil
over shocks all around. The full roll cage features a five point safety
harness and hinged roof opening for entry and exit, and also features
hydraulic disc brakes. The car has been tested at over 100 mph.
The MMRA will be sanctioning regional and national racing events for the Super Mini Cup
"Winston Cup" style Stock Car'
